General Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle general office tasks such as answer incoming calls, filling, data entry, processing the mail, etc.
- Manage and organize staff records and files.
- Manage employee leave records and employee attendance records.
- To prepare crane’s documents and arrange crane’s inspection.
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements
- Positive attitude, willing to learn new skills from others and working as a team.
- Good communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin). *Must be able to speak in
- Mandarin Language.*
- Punctual with strong attendance history.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
