General Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle general office tasks such as answer incoming calls, filling, data entry, processing the mail, etc.
  • Manage and organize staff records and files.
  • Manage employee leave records and employee attendance records.
  • To prepare crane’s documents and arrange crane’s inspection.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude, willing to learn new skills from others and working as a team.
  • Good communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin). *Must be able to speak in
  • Mandarin Language.*
  • Punctual with strong attendance history.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
